Here again I used the Creative Memories Letter cutting system along with the CM Primary Summer Power Pallet. I used the Ranger Perfect Pearls mixed with water and paint as directed and used a mini Mister to enhance the letters. It does not show in the picture nor in real life. I was largely disappointed in this technique. I have since learned other ways the perfect pearls can be used. I use them most in card making with the Perfect pearl pen when writing my sentiment.
